Description

Provide all labor and materials to repair the leaks in the entire solarium for CiCi?s Pizza located in building 3712 at NTTC Corry Station, Pensacola, FL. The contractor shall replace four (4) glass panels in the roof, seven (7) glass panels in the west wall, two (2) glass panels above the southern most door exiting to the pavilion from the west (13 total), and shall replace three (3) store front door assemblies (2-west, and 1-south) to include all new hardware. The contractor shall re-caulk approx. 2,200 LF on roof area, install new waterproof silicone caulking, reseal the corrugated block walls, and install new flashing. This is a total HubZone Set-Aside. Quotes proposals from non-HubZone firms will not be considered. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor whose quotation/proposal conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following 3 factors shall be used to evaluate quotations/proposals: Price, Past Performance/Experience, and Methods & Understanding (See Section M for details) A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for 09:00 AM Thursday 11 March 2004. All interested parties are encouraged to attend, and instructed to meet in the parking lot at the main entrance (Chief?s Way) of NTTC Corry Station at this time. All questions concerning this procurement must be submitted in writing no later than the close of business Tuesday 16 March 2004. Note: This is the only scheduled site visit for this procurement.
