Nihoff 717-605-4579 This acquisition is subject to FAR Clause 52.213-18, Availability of Funds. Title: Repair and Replacement of Overhead and Personnel Doors, Naval Support Activity, Mechanicsburg PA Scope of Work: The work includes all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, and transportation necessary to perform Repair and/or replacement, wood and metal overhead rolling, vertical life, fire, sectional, garage type, industrial, storefront doors, bi-folding, personnel interior/exterior doors in accordance with the contract requirements. In all areas, the Government shall move items obstructing work that cannot be moved by two persons, or which requires special handling equipment, because of it?s bulk. All other obstructions shall be moved, protected and reinstalled by the Contractor. All debris, rubbish, and non-usable material resulting from the work under this contract may not be disposed of on Government property, all materials must be removed from government property at no additional expense to the government. Estimated Price Range: Indefinite Quantity Contract, $25,100.00 Minimum. Number of Days in Contract: 365 with 2 option years. Number of Bid Items: Base bid plus 2 option years. NAICS Code: 238990, Special Trade Contractors,$12 Million. Prospective contractors must register in the DOD Central Contractor Registration Database prior to award. Bidders are notified that failure to register may render their firm ineligible for award. Specifications and drawings will not be directly provided in a paper hard copy format or CD-ROM. All prospective bidders are encouraged to register on the above web site for this procurement when specifications and drawings become available. Plan holders will be maintained on and can be printed from the web site. Notification of any changes to this solicitation (i.e. amendments) shall be made only on the web site. It is therefore the bidder's responsibility to check the web site daily for any posted changes to the solicitation. This acquisition shall be Unrestricted with a 10% Evaluation Preference for HUB Zone Small Business.
