Description

Any questions regarding this solicitation should be addressed to Erik Lundstrom at Erik.A.Lundstrom@usace.army.mil. Hopper or clamshell maintenance dredging of approximately 300,000 cubic yards of shoal material from the South Reach and Outer Crossov er Channel at Grays Harbor, Washington. Dredging is to be performed in the reaches between channel stations 463+00 and 795+00, with open water disposal of the dredged materials at the Point Chehalis open-water disposal area, managed by Washington Departmen t of Natural Resources, and nearshore placement of dredged material in Half Moon Bay. All work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications package with a completion period of 60 calendar days. To be eligible for contract award a firm must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Register via the CCR Internet site at http://www.ccr.gov or by contacting the DoD Electronic Commerce Information Center at 1-888-227-242 3. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990 with a size standard of $28.5 Million. Project is open to both large and small business. If you are a large business and your proposal will exceed $1 million, you will be required to submit a subcontracting plan with goals for small, HUBZone, small disadvantaged, small woman-owned, and small veteran-owned concerns. For the purposes of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if its annual average gross revenue, ta ken for the last 3 fiscal years, does not exceed $28.5 million.
