- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepare in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation FA5587-04-Q-8701 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Funds for this acquisition are available, funding is anticipated. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect for Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17. This acquisition is unrestricted. Schedule of item: This requirement is for a HH-60G Helicopter SAS/FPS Tester (STAB/SAS Line Test Set, Stability Augmentation System tester) NSN: 6625-01-266-1636, Part #70700-20650-047.
