- Description
- Provide transportation service via automobile for the VA Medical Center located at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd., St. Petersburg, FL. This procurement is issued subject to FAR Part 12 as a commercial item service and will be issued on/or about February 26, 2004 with the bid opening date on/or about March 24, 2004. The contract period will be from date of award through September 30, 2004 with four option years. This is a total small business set aside. NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) code 485310 applies. The solicitation will be available for download at no charge on/or about February 26, 2004, via the VA Business Opportunities System web site at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/ . Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at this URL. Solicitation dissemination is limited to electronic medium, and no hard copies will be provided by the VA. Contractors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. All offers must be returned to the address located in block 9 or 15 of Standard Form 1449. Offers submitted must have an original signature by an individual authorized to bind the company. Electronic offers will not be accepted.
