- Description
- Construct new 780 square foot guard house (concrete foundation and slab, concrete masonry units, concrete stucco, aluminum doors and windows, insulating glass, metal roof framing, standing seam metal roof, metal stud wall and drywall partitions, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.) Construct new Air Route Traffic Control Center facility vehicle entrance, exit, parking area and related site work(asphalt pavement,concrete curbs/gutters and drainage structures.) Construct parking lot area lighting and underground utilities. Construct perimeter chain link security fencing amd modify existing chain link fence. install interior electrical and conduit systems in ARTCC building(for security equipment to be installed by others.) Demolish old guard house, driveways and utilites. All work to be done without interruption to access and operation of the ARTCC facility.-ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: $1 MILLION TO $1.5 MILLION -ESTIMATED PERFORMANCE TIME: 150 CALENDAR DAYS.
