Cage Code: 14139 P/N: 14339 Critical Item Application: Source Control Item Contract will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract for a one-year base period and four one-year options periods. Quantity for delivery orders can range from a minimum of 21 each to a maximum of 166 each in the base year with a maximum contract quantity of 166 each. Destination Inspection I/A/W QAP 001 FOB Destination Shipping locations include Stockton, CA and New Cumberland, PA Deliver within 58 days ARO. This is a Request for Proposal, and all offers shall be submitted to the Bid Custodian at DSCR, Richmond. Anticipated Award date: 60-90 days after closing date. Technical Data Package Availability: DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Please do NOT submit requests to DSCR-VABA.
