- Pr Number: IDT03223005100 FSC: 5310 various Nomenclature: Competitive Plain, Hex & Slotted Nuts RFP Due Date: March 19, 2004 The previous closing date has been extended to March 19, 2004. Under Item No. 2, NSN 5310-00-741-1379, P/N MS 24693C274 is hereby deleted per Amendment No. 0001. Per Amendment No. 0002, the latest revision of the DOD Bar Code Marking, Rev P dtd December 15, 2003 is required for this solicitation. The following Clause is hereby added to the Addendum to FAR 52.212-4: DLAD 52.211-9010 Military Shipping Label (MSL) Requirements, MIL-STD-129P (Feb 2004). Both Amendment No. 0001 Amendment No. 0002 are available on the DLA Procurement Gateway. This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under Commercial Test Program Procedures. This procurement is for 12 Items. The first NSN is 5310-00-353-2427. This procurement is for a two year base. This acquisition is Unrestricted. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. Some drawings are required and can be obtained on CD rom from the Contracting Officer upon request. Delivery is as follows: 60-180 days. The solicitation contains an option to extend the term of the contract for two(3) additional years. These are not Qualified Products List (QPL) items. All items are QSL. Price and past performance are of equal value.
