- NOTE THIS SOLICITATION IS OPEN ONLY TO VENDORS SUBMITTING QUOTES FROM GSA SCHEDULES. The contractor will provide functional, analytical, and program management expertise to facilitate the replacement DoD-unique logistics data standards with ASC Xl2 standards. The contractor will evaluate existing and new logistics business processes, developing standards, business rules, implementation conventions/supplements, and new technologies, such as XML. This operation and sustainment program will move DoD to full operation of the DLMS which comprises a broad-base of business rules; to include uniform policies, procedures, time standards, transactions, and data management designed to meet DoD's requirements for total logistics support. The contractor will provide support to the DoD Data Administration Program and DLMS training development. The contractor will assist DLMSO in focusing on the best commercial and international methods available to meet the logistical needs of DoD. Full statement of work to follow.
