Description: The Contractor shall replace the existing 15 kV switchgear with newly fabricated assemblies and parts. The contract will include their delivery and installation and complete replacement of the secondary 15 kV feeders, startup of new switchgear and post-construction services in the (9) congressional buildings located on the campus of the U.S. Congress in Washington, D.C. Four buildings are to be covered in the base contract in FY04. The contract will include options to cover three buildings in FY05 and two buildings in FY06.
