- Description
- The Government is issuing a request for quote for Coffee Bar Services at the Nellis AFB Officers Club, Nellis AFB, NV, work consists of supplying equipment, personnel, services and supplies required to operate a coffee bar at the Officers Club at Nellis AFB, NV. This requirement will be issued as an unrestricted solicitation and available to both large and small business. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 5812 and the NAICS Code is 722213 for this requirement. The size standard is an average of $6 million in revenues average over the past three years. The Government anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about 23 February 2004. A one-time site visit will be held at 2:00 p.m. (PST) 24 February 2004, please contact Maria R. Barela at (702) 652-4379 if you plan to attend. The resulting contract award from this notice will be a firm-fixed price concessionaire type contract. The period of this contract will be one base year with provisions for four one-year option periods. The base year of the resulting contract will be for on or about 1 March 2004 through on or about 28 February 2005. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Failure to so represent may be grounds for refusing the request. NOTE: Prospective offeror must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Contractors may access the CCR at http://www.ccr.gov/ . Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
