Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. One bundle (bundle is 240 each)lumber, 2 inches x 4 inches x 16 feet. 2. Two bundles (bundle is 208 each)treated lumber, 2 inches x 4 inches x 16 feet. 3. One bundle (bundle is 44 sheets) treated plywood, 3/4 inch x 4 feet x 8 feet. 4. Two bundles (bundle is 53 sheets)treated plywood, 5/8 inch x 4 feet x 8 feet. 5. Four bundles (bundle is 66 sheets) treated plywood, 1/2 inch x 4 feet x 8 feet. 6. One bundle (bundle is 88 sheets)CDX plywood, 3/8 inch x 4 feet x 8 feet. 7. Two bundles (bundle is 60 each)treated lumber, 4 inches x 4 inches x 16 feet. A. Delive ry time is approximately the same importance as price. Delivery Location: Acceptance will be FOB Destination to Bldg. 5108, Fort Wainwright, Alaska 99703. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition, alo ng with the following addenda: Offers will be evaluated using the following evaluation factors: Technically acceptable product, price and delivery time. Product acceptability and delivery time, when combined, are approximately equal to price. The contr act will be awarded to the offeror that provides the best value to the Government. All offers must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Alt I). The clause at 52.212-4, Contr act Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
