Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals that are good for 90 days are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. No award will be made until funds are available. The combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is W56HZV-04-Q-L501 The solicitation document and inco rporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-18 dated 12 Jan 2004. The associated North American Industrial Code System (NAICS) is 333512. FOB Destination will apply (freight included to Kuwait). Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offerors are advised to include a complete copy of the Provision 52 -212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions – Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
