- Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Seabird Electronics, Incorporated for the office of NOAA Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory located in Seattle, WA. The purpose of proposed contract is for purchase of following Seabird brand equipments: 1.) quantity of 2 each SEACATplus Conductivity and Temperature Recorder SBE Number 16plus which includes parts #SBE 16p-1a, 16p-2m, 16p-3a, 2.) qty of 10 each Temperature Recorder SBE Number 39 including parts number SBE39-1b, 39-2b, 39-3c and 80547. Seabird brand is required to be compatible with existing electronic hardware and software. This notice may represent the only official notice. This is a simplified acquisition with estimated value of less than $50,000.00
