- Description
- REQUIREMENTS: The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of 1,250-1,300 useable square feet or 1,500 rentable square feet. Space must be contiguous and fully ADA accessible. Building shall have 2-3 onsite parking spaces for tenants use. LOCATION: Site must be located in the Central Business District of Decatur, Il. LEASE TERM: Five (5) years, three (3) years firm. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy by June 1, 2004. Expressions of interest should include the following and be submitted no later than 4:00pm EST, March 5, 2004: (1.) Building name and address. (2.) Available rentable square footage, floor location, and estimated rentable rate per rentable square foot. (3.) Floor plan. (4.) Owner’s name and address and written statement from owner that Offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property.
