Description

M20A1 Simplified Collective Protection Equipment that provides nuclear biological protection. NSN 4240-01-330-7806; P/N 5-19-11320. It consists of an inflated cylindrical liner (10 feet x 16 feet in diameter), motor blower for inflation, flexible a ir duct work, hermetically sealed cannister to provide filtered air, and a collapsible protective entrance. Proposed contract is a 3-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). Full & Open competition. FOB is DESTINATION. The minimum guarantee d quantity of M20A1 SCPEs is 100 each, and the maximum quantity over the life of the contract will be 2100 each. Estimated issue date is 12 March 2004. Solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore hard copi es will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/FOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: Because solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain bidders miling list. It is therefore in cumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receip t of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the same.
