- Pr No. FPG04036000419: This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Duct Assembly, Vent. The NSN and part number: 1560-00-978-8333, p/n 3-52209-9. The quantity is 24 each for a base year and provision for a 100% quantity option. Critical Application Item and Configuration Control apply. There is a Government First Article Requirement, sample size of 1 each. QAP 027. An Export Control technical data package (TDP) is available for this NSN. Technical data will only be released to contractors authorized/certified. Certified requestors should submit TDP request to DSCR via internet, http://www.dscr.mil/tdmd. If certification is required, request a DD Form 2345 for the Defense Logistics Services Center, http://www/dlis.mil. This solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. The final contracting award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
