PART NO: Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. PART NO: 0001, qty: 360, U/I Pkgs. Delivery: FOB Origin: 120 days ARO. Dest: Conus Stock Facility (as per the P-41)OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN (10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1)(FAR 6.302-1)ONLY ONE SOURCE (Note 22) INTENDED SOURCE_Saft America, Inc. 12 Trade Agreements Act. Unrestricted. Solicitation will result to an Indefinite Quantity Contract and will include an option to extend the terms of the contract for an additional four (4) years. Estimated annual quantity 360 packages. Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is 90 packages. The final award contract decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation.
