- The Air Force has a requirement to provide a quantity of 4 each of PN AV19A1031-111, NSN 4810-01-094-4568RK, Regulating Valves. Delivery is scheduled for 4 ea. January 31, 2005 This item is applicable to the F-15 aircraft. Original Equipment Manager for this item is ITT Fluid Technology Corp. Regulating Valve is used to regulate air pressure and flow rates that very in proportion to inlet air pressure.. It is predominately made of Aluminum Alloy and is approximately 5.90” L X 3.50” W X 4.70” H. Weight 1.5lbs. Sole Source: ITT Fluid Technology (Cage) 73760 New/Unused Government Surplus is authorized.
