- This publication serves as notice for a contractor to design, furnish, install, test and make operational a sound distribution, One Zone System, for a Base Wide Voice and Siren System. See attached Statement of Work for further detail. Items contained in this solicitation is for delivery FOB destination Youngstown ARS, Vienna OH 44473. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a separate written solicitation will not be issued. It is advertised as a 100% small business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334290 with a standard size of 500 employees. Award will be based on Best Value. Registration in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required (DFARS 252.204-7004).
