- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prarie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of Comprehensive Medical Services for the inmate population at the Federal Detention Center in SeaTac, Washington. Services to be provided include inpatient/outpatient facility services, inpatient/outpatient physician services, and outpatient institution services. The contract type is a fixed price, indefinite delivery/requirements contract. The contract period shall consist of a 12 month base period and four 12 month option periods for renewal. The estimated quantities for the base period and each option are as follows: Base Year - 250 Inpatient Days and 500 Outpatient Visits; Option Year 1 - 250 Inpatient Days 500 Outpatient Visits; Option Year 2 - 250 Inpatient Days and 500 Oupatient Visits; Option Year 3 - 250 Inpatient Days and 500 Outpatient Visits; Option Year 4 - 250 Inpatient Days and 500 Outpatient Visits. The solicitation will be made available on or about January 7, 2004, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distrubuted solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of proposals is on or about January 29, 2004. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered.
