- Description
- The U. S. Department of the Interior, has a requirement for a hotel to sponsor the "Joint Conference" for the period March 30, 2004 through April 1, 2004, in Ocean City, MD. The number of particpants will be from 300-350, the hotel"bleed over" must be within walking distance of the conference site. Accomodations are to include primary meeting space, to accomodate 300-350 people as well as 5 or 6 meeting rooms that can accomodate 60-75 people. All breakout room must be supplied with microphones. The primary meeting spaces must have high speed internet connectivity, and must comply with the government per diem rate.
