- The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS Code is 336413. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst (NAWCADLKE), New Jersey intends to procure recurring quantities of Support Equipment (SE), hereto forward referred to as the Cable Maintenance Fixture, in support of the FMS Spanish Navy SH-60B Support Equipment Program. The Cable Maintenance Fixture is defined by P/N 793000-1 (NSN 4920-00-287-6380). Cable Maintenance Fixture, P/N 793000-1 is recommended for use at the (“O”) and (“I”) level of maintenance. The item is used to remove and install cable on a reeling machine during inspection of the cable or fault isolation/repair of the reeling machine or cable. The item is approximately 30 inches long by 12 inches wide by 11 inches tall. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to procure 1 EA Fixture, Cable, P/N 793000-1 (NSN 4920-00-287-6380) utilizing a Government furnished drawing package. The contract type will be firm fixed-price. The anticipated delivery schedule for the Cable Maintenance Fixture is as follows: 270 days after contract award. The solicitation will contain all specifications, drawings and any other additional requirements or information pertaining to the acquisition. All offerors shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Offerors and contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at https://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil. The Government will award a contract on a low cost technically acceptable basis. This solicitation N68335-04-T-0021 and its technical data package will be available approximately 15 March 2004.
