- , Qty 19 EA, Delivery FOB Origin--NAVICP is soliciting for proposed award of a five year requirements contract with options for an additional eight years for PBL support for the EA-6B Aircraft's ICAP III, AN/ALQ-218, Tactical Jamming Surveillance Receiver. Under the Performance Based Logistics (PBL) the contractor will manage all logistics support elements for the ICAP III system in order deliver "performance" as measured by the Contractor's ability to be timely in meeting fleet demands.The contractor will be required to manage inventory and process requisitions to deliver assets to destination within a required time frame at a required rate of success. Contractor will be required to operate a Navy approved ICAP repair program/facility and comply with Title 10 including USC 2464, USC 2466 and USC2469. This acquisition will be solicited as sole source and is available on WWW.NECO.NAVY.MIL., See Note 22*****
