- Description
- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division plans to enter into a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, 5600 Sand Lake Road, MP 522, Orlando, FL 32819-8907. The BOA will cover a three-year period with two one-year options. This BOA will provide follow-on support and procurement of AN/AAQ-30 TARGETING-GUIDANCE SETS (also known as Target Sight System (TSS)) and related supplies and services, for the U.S. Marine Corps AH-1Z SUPER COBRA Helicopter inclusive of line items for systems, spares and repair parts, interim support repairs, engineering services, engineering changes, integrated logistics support, installation and check-out materials, support materials, equipment leases, and data in accordance with Contract Data Requirements List. All support will be in accordance with the Statement of Work, and applicable technical documenta tion. The highest level of security required under this requirement is Secret, which will be designated on DD Form 254. Possession of this level of clearance will be verified prior to award. Procurements under the BOA will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis will satisfy the BOA requirement to issue a synopsis for job orders on a semi-annual basis.
