- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number JFK04R00013 is being issued as an Request for Propsosal. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 19. The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts intends to award a fixed price contract for maintaining the finish of specific architectural bronze and brass surfaces for one year with four option years for a total of five years. The first year of the contract the work will be done annually. The work will be done semi annually with the four option years.
