- Description
- Construct Golf Course Clubhouse, Project YWHG 97-3002R4: The project shall include providing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, and all equipment necessary to construct an Golf Course Clubhouse at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri. The work involved includes, but is not limited to, construction of a new 7,650 SF clubhouse with open dining area, grill style kitchen, kitchen storage and freezers, men’s and women’s dressing-locker rooms with showers, restrooms, pro shop retail area, staff offices, various equipment storage rooms, exterior wooden deck/dining area, detached golf cart canopy, mechanical/electrical room, and associated site work (paving, landscaping, and tie in to utilities). This request for proposal will be solicited on unrestricted basis. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. The project magnitude is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220. This is a Non-Appropriated Funds acquisition and it does not obligate Appropriated Funds of the United States Government. Non-Appropriated Funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This acquisition does not involve federal tax dollars. The successful contractor will be selected using Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT) procedures, resulting in the Best Value to the Government. The solicitation will be issued electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities web page; paper copies will not be made available. Note: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Note: Although we are providing a link for the Interested Vendors List (IVL), please note the listing will not be used by the Contracting office to notify vendors of Amendments to this solicitation. It is your responsibility to monitor the Fed Biz Opps web page for changes to the solicitation. Your use of the IVL is strictly your choice.
