- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration, (DEA) intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with Innovative Surveillance Technology, 11840 NW, 41 St., Coral Springs, FL for Modular Surveillance Equipment. The government anticipates awarding a Requirements contract for one year with four one year options. This is not a request for proposals. Innovative Surveillance Technology is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing this equipment. A justification for other than full and open competition is on file. No solicitation documents are available and requests for such will not be acknowledged. If one is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. The determination to open competitive is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone inquires will be accepted. See Note 22.
