- NOTE: All responses to this RFQ shall be mailed to Western Area Power Administration, P.O. Box 3700, Loveland, CO. 80539 3003, Attn: J1531. The Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for various disconnecting switches and insulators that are to be delivered no earlier than 06/01/2004 and no later than 06/24/2004. The solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set aside and is a commercial supply acquisition.
