Description

The VA Medical Center, Salem, Virginia has the need for off-site Endoscopy Services for its’ eligible beneficiaries. Services must be provided in a city or county within a 50-mile radius of the VAMC Salem. It is the VA’s intent to solicit offers and award a contract on a competitive basis. Services will be needed for approximately 2000 patients per year (8 procedures per day/5 days per week, excluding Federal Holidays). The NAICS code is 621498. Size standard is $8.5 million. Contract period will be 4/9/04 (or date of award) through 4/8/04 (or one year from date of award) with two twelve-month renewable option periods. This requirement is subject to the availability of FY04 funds. Solicitation documents may be obtained electronically at: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov.
