Description

The U.S. Postal Service is soliciting proposals from prequalified contractors for the security upgrade project at the San Bernardino Processing & Distribution Center. The project generally consists of upgrading the existing security systems, adding additional security components, including but not limited to, CCTV cameras, monitors, consoles, door contacts, detectors, card readers, intercom system, gate operators, software to run the control system, rated doors and door hardware, concrete pavement and pads, patch and repair of concrete and asphalt pavement as required for new conduit runs and new pedestrian gate. Estimated cost range is $375,000 to $425,000. The work is to be completed within 180 calendar days from the notice to proceed date.
