DESC: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation Modification for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This is being announced Unrestricted per this Modification. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Request for Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. W9127Q04T0015 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. This acquisition is unrestricted . The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336112. The following items are intended to be pu rchased for the Government: Item number 1, Quantity of 50 each, M939 Series 5 Ton Truck Hoods. AM General Part Number: 1225776G. Must quote delivered price to NGMS-DOL-RSMS-MA, Attn: MAJ William King, 6505 Warehouse Avenue, Camp Shelby, Mississippi 39407.
