- Description
- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) is seeking proposals from business entities interested in supporting worldwide demand for blind rivets. Solicitation SP0560-04-R-0056 is being issued to support this initiative for 5320 FSCs. The initial solicitation will require pricing for 28 core items, with a list of up to 174 additional NSNs to be evaluated and added as requirements arise. The listing of core and potential adds (universe) is attached. Award will be item-by-item. Prospective manufacturers should have Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capability. Subject solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis with the resultant contract being an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for two (2) base years with three (3) one-year options. Offers will be evaluated on past performance and price to determine the best overall value. Solicitation SP0560-04-R-0056 is expected to be issued on 01/12/04. Solicitation may not become available until the solicitation issue date.
