- Description
- General Services Administration (GSA) shall issue a Request for Quotations for caferteria services. Conractor shall provide all management, equipment, operating equipment, labor, materials and supplies to operate full service cafeteria at the Jacob K. Javits Federal Building, New York, NY. Building population approximately 6000. Operation includes full breakfast, morning coffee break, lunch, and afternoon coffee break. Operation to include grill, hot entrée, deli, salad bar, full breakfast and lunch. Estimated average daily sales of $3,069.00 dollars. Average daily patronage of approximately 1,167 persons. Government receives payment - in lieu of rent 1-1/2 percent. Government contemplates 5 year base contract with 2 five year options. Request for Quotations will be considered from all responsible sources. RFQ is expected to be issued on or about November 17, 2003, through Government-wide Point of Entry (FEDBIZOPPS). RFQ will be posted on GPE. Responses to RFQ due at 4:30 PM Thursday December 18, 2003. All questions regarding RFQ must be submitted by e-mail to vickie.sawyer@gsa.gov no later than December 8, 2003 no telephone inquiries will be accepted. RFQ issued under the authority of FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (24-OCT-2003).
