- Description
- This requirement is for the procurement of Sprayring Assemblies, NSN 2915-01-333-9601NZ, P/N 4071273 applicable to the F100PW200/220/220E engine(s). A quantity discount requirement will be solicited for the quantities of 29 each, 58 each and 87 each. The government will determine which quantity will be procured at the time of award. This item is approximately 40 inches in diameter by 7 inches in width by 44 inches in length. The predominant material of manufacture is Nikel Alloy. Form, fit and function: The Sprayring distributes and atomizes fuel flow into the engine providing optimum fuel/air distribution and combustion during augmentation. The government may place an order against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement. The governments required delivery schedule based upon the median quantity is 58 each by Oct 04. Items will be delivered to FB2039, Tinker AFB. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR 52.209-1. Additional information may be obtained from the Source Development Office, OC-ALC/BC, 3001 Staff Drive, Ste# 1AC85A, Tinker AFB OK 73145-3009 or (405) 739-7243 or (405) 739-7244. The government is not required to delay contract award to review pending Source Approval Requests (SARs). Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit SAR’s as soon as possible. If the government has not completed review of a SAR when the contract is awarded, the SAR will be retained and the source will be reviewed for possible source approval for future awards. The currently approved source(s) are Pratt & Whitney in East Hartford, CT; Woodward FST in Zeeland MI; and Woodgroup Fuel Systems in East Windsor, CT. No telephone requests will be accepted. The contracting office will accept requests for solicitations via fax number (405) 734-8776. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This solicitation will be made available to interested parties through electronic data interchange. This solicitation will be posted via the Federal Business Opportunities website http://epsa.satx.disa.mil. Notes 23 and 26 apply.
