The following questions and answers are intended as clarifications to the original solicitation posted on February 18, 2004.<BR> <BR> 1.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspWhat agency is this solicitation for?<BR> a.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspSocial Security Administration<BR> <BR> 2.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspAre there any specific parking requirements?<BR> a.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspNo, however parking will be considered as an award factor.<BR> <BR> 3.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspWill a build-to-suit be considered?<BR> a.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspYes, build-to-suit as well as existing structures will be considered.<BR> <BR> 4.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspAre there any specific setback requirements?<BR> a.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspAt this time the Government requires a 50-foot set back for new construction. <BR> <BR> Additionally close proximity to city transit lines and restaurants as well as building security barriers or approved landscape rocks are preferred.<BR> <BR> <BR> <BR> In order to maintain compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation, section 15.201(f), Exchanges with industry before receipt of proposal, "...&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspavoid creating an unfair competitive advantage," all questions regarding the Government's request for information that are not addressed in the Solicitation will be addressed in a presolicitation notice or a preproposal conference, unless they are determined by the Contracting Officer to fall under a potential offeror's confidential business strategy.<BR> <BR> <BR>
