- NAICS Code: 541990      THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE.    THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A LIST OF THE ITEMS BEING PROCURED CAN BE FOUND AT THE WEBSITE REFERENCED BELOW.    The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has a technical support requirement for analysis utilizing solar ultraviolet (UV-B) radiation data from the U.S. EPA Solar Ultraviolet Radiation Monitoring Network.    The NAICS    Code for this procurement is 541990.    The Small Business Size Standard is $6,000,000.00.    The request for quote number is RFQ-RT-04-00169.    The Request for Quote document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-06.    A firm-fixed price    purchase order is anticipated to result from the award of this request for quote.    The contractor shall provide the following: see RFQ No. RFQ-RT-04-00169 at http://www.epa.gov/oam/rtp_cmd/.    The following FAR provision apply to this solicitation: 52.212-1, Evaluation-Instructions to    Offerors-Commercial;    All offerors are to include with their offers a completed copy of provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items.    The following FAR clause applies to this acquisition: 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items.    The FAR    certifications and any subsequent amendments will be available via the Internet World Wide Web at http://www.epa.gov/oam/rtp_cmd only.    Hard copies or diskettes will not be available.    It will be your responsibility to frequently check the same site where the notice is posted for any amendments.      All responsible sources may submit a proposal on/or before March 5, 2004, by 3:30 P.M. local time.    Courier Delivery Address is; U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Attn: Joel P.
