Description

The United States Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) intends to acquire Battery Housing Assy; NSN: 5855-01-147-6024, P/O AN/TVS-5 and AN/PVS-4. This requirement shall be manufactured IAW the performance based statement of work using CD-R OM drawing #SM-D-850110-1. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. This acquisition will be awarded based on reverse auction procedures. Solicitation will include first article testing, test report, test plan and various data items as required .&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe requirement will be a five (5) year Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe minimum quantity of 150 will be ordered at contract award with a maximum ordering potential of 5000 over the five (5) year s. Shipments are to be FOB Destination.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspDelivery schedule without first article testing will be 75 units, 90 days after contract award, with first article testing delivery will be 75 units, 150 days after contract award.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspPackaging and Packing shall be in&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspaccordance with Standard Practice for Commercial Packing (ASTM D 3951-98).
