- The U.S. Army RDECOM Acquisition Center's Natick Contracting Division intends to modify existing contract award #DAAD16-03-C-0094 with Aerovironment Incorporated, 825 Myrtle Avenue, Monrovia, CA 91016 on a basis of other than full and open competitio n under the authority of FAR Subpart 6.302-1; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement, to upgrade the Raven Small Unmanned Air Vehicle (SUAV) systems originally purchased on the contract.    Since the con tract was awarded, the government has refined the requirement of what the most efficient Raven SUAV system should consist of, so the modification to the contract will upgrade the current six (6) systems on order to incorporate the additional components nee ded to procure six (6) complete, refined Raven systems.
