- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.    This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals    are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.    Solicitation No. W9127Q-04-Q-0020 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation.    This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14.    This acquisition is unrestricted procurement.    The North American industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334511 sizes standard are 750 employees.    The following service is required:    Furnish all labor and parts to repair FLIR Syste m 2000 Model 2000 G Serial number 201173.
