- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION MOUNT SOPRIS GEOPHYSICAL                                                                                                      LOGGING SYSTEM. <BR> 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. <BR> 2. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted) on RFQ reference number    FE462632180094      3. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-19.    <BR> 4. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334519 with a small business size standard of    500 employees.            <BR> 5. This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the following commercial item: CLIN 0001- Mount Sopris MGX II Console 5MCA-1000; WellCAD; 5TMA-1000 Peripheral Modem; Panasonic Toughbook 48 and Pentax PocketJet II; 4MCX-1000; 2PGA-1000 Natural Gamma, SP, SPR; 2ADP-1010 MSI; 2PFA-1000; 2PCA-1000 Three Arm Caliper; 2PEA-1000 Poly Electric Probe Function; Optical Borehole Imaging Tool; WellCAD Image Module; 2CNA-1000 Mount Sopris Centralizers.    All requested parts BRAND NAME ONLY:    MOUNT SOPRIS<BR> 6. Delivery requested within    60 days after receipt of purchase order.    FOB Destination      5 80th Street N Bldg 400 Malmstrom Air Force Base Montana 59402-7557.                        <BR> 7.
