- Description
- The Government has intentions of contracting with McDonnell Douglas Corp (76301) for 5 each of 5945-01-252-7035, P/N 68A810354-1003.    The solicitation will be available on its issue date of February 19, 2004 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available.    This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). <BR> <BR> Since it is anticipated that the terms and conditions of McDonnell Douglas? BOA F09603-02-G-0001 will be used, a formal RFP was not issued.    However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal for the approved parts, McDonnell Douglas (76301) P/N 68A810354-1003, which will be considered.    <BR> <BR> The letter RFP opens on February 19, 2004 and closes at 1:00 p.m. on March 22, 2004.    The solicitation is for 5 each Relay Assemblies to be delivered in 270 days, and includes a 100% quantity option ( 5 each) and price breaks covering quantities of 1 to 9.    The FOB point and Inspection and Acceptance points are Origin.    <BR> <BR> See Numbered Notes 12, 22, and 26<BR>
