Description

The prospectus for the opportunity for concession services - marina services, food and beverage, campground, retail services, and fuel sales at Whiskeytown, in the Business Opportunity section at page 8, under Term and Effective Date of the Concession Contract is amended by striking the second sentence thereof and inserting in lieu thereof the following two sentences. " The effective date of the contract is intended to be January 1, 2005. The effective date is subject to change prior to contract award if determined necessary by the NPS due to transfer timing issues."
