- The work consists of clearing and grubbing, windrowing removed vegetation; flotation operation with dragline mounted equipment on a barge for casting material from the adjacent borrow source; placement and shaping uncompacted embankment to design gra de; seeding, fertilizing and mulching, and all other incidental work thereto.
