- WORK TO BE DONE: This requirement consists of the installation of aerobic wastewater systems for individual homes at various locations in the counties of Oklahoma that will be stated on the bid schedules. In order to be considered for award the contractor must be certified by the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) for the class required. Estimated contract period is one base year with two option years. Multiple awards will be awarded and will be based on the lowest bid prices from responsive, responsible contractors. This will be in Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Solicitation will be released on February 27, 2004.
