- NSN 4920-00-782-3806, Roller, Adapter. Approved sources are General Electric Co CAGE 07482, P/N 21C2201-093 and Val Rollers Inc CAGE 0B039, P/N VAL3900. Destination inspection required. FOB Destination. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. IAW QAP 001. Requested delivery is 47 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited unrestricted on a Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 168 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 84 each. The quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is March 1, 2004.
