- GSA/FTS intends to issue a procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (sole source). One one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satify agency requirements. The procurement is for the following: 3 each 1 MEG EDT (SF2, SF3, SF4 13 cycles), provide extra OneNav Licenses. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All information received by close of business 1/31/2003 will be considered by the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All interested contractors must be registered in GSA's IT Solutions to quote on this item. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-JAN-2003).
