- Contractor is to furnish upgrade kit, Biro part number PC375K, to add discharge conveyor to existing Biro 109 PC horizontal slicer (power cleaver) for commissaries located at Randolph AFB and Fort Sam Houston at San Antonio TX, Tinker AFB at Oklahoma City OK and Offutt AFB at Omaha NE. The RFQ will be released on or about 18 February 2004. This RFQ will be issued on a small purchase, small business set-aside basis. Only written requests for a copy will be honored (facsimile or email acceptable) and must contain the following information: RFQ number, requestor's name and address, business size, telephone number, facsimile number, DUNS number and CAGE code. By submission of a quote, the quoter acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this RFQ.
