- Amendment A01 to Solicitation GS-10P-04-XCC-0015, Request for Proposals, Replace the Roof at the U. S. Border Patrol Sector Headquarters, 10710 N. Newport Highway, Spokane WA 99218, as follows: 1. Price pages (Form SF1442) may be faxed for receipt by 10 a.m. 2/25/04, to fax 509/353-2359. The technical items in the BID FORMS section, items 1-9, as well as Form GSA3503 (Reps and Certs) must be mailed or hand-delivered for receipt by 10:00 a.m., 2/25/04. 2. Bid Option #1: Remove the 20 inch metal flue pipe completely out of roof surface and cover hole with a minimum 3/8 inch steel plate. Said plate should extend to 12 inches over the edge of said hole at the roof surface. 3. Bid Option #2: Provide a unit price for replacing drains with a retrofit bowel-type system. 4. Bid Option #3: Provide a unit price on a lineal foot basis for replacing the existing 2x6 treated wood nailer. 5. The base bid will include replacement of all drain caps. 6. The base bid will include replacing all flashing with factory color to match existing. GSA will select color. 7. The minimum taper is 3/8 inch.
