- The contractor shall provide Altasec 100-Inline Network Encryptors and associated materials. A Firm Fixed Price type contract will be negotiated on a sole source basis to VIASAT Incorporated, of Carlsbad, CA 92009-1699. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. Comments shall be submitted to Jennifer Kelley, Code 0217JK. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 334220 and the size standard is 750 employees. Numbered Note 22 applies.
